Sixth-graders in the third-quarter multimedia arts class raced their wind-powered cars, which were made using the Maker Space’s 3D printer, Glowforge, and Cricut machines.
Noah Hood came in first place, with his car traveling 26 feet, 4 inches. TJ Catalano and Jules Roy placed second and third, respectively, at 26 feet, 2 inches, and 26 feet.

The Walton Central School District music department presents Beauty and the Beast at 7 pm March 24, and Saturday, March 25.
Senior Citizens are invited to attend the final dress rehearsal at 6 p.m. Thursday, March 23. This performance is free and open only to senior citizens.
Tickets for Friday and Saturday's shows are $8 at the door/$7 in advance for adults, and $6/$5 for students. Tickets can be purchased at the high school or Walton Music House.

Leading into the second-quarter middle school awards assembly, middle school students competed in a volleyball tournament during their advisor classes. The winning team was in seventh grade – Burnsworth’s Bananas. The winning team then played a teacher team at the awards assembly!
