Students with their creations for the burger challenge

For the final project of the beef unit in the animal science class, students had to come up with a recipe and decide how they would cook their burgers (griddle, skillet, or grill). They also had to determine what it would cost to make each burger, and decide what they would sell the burgers for.

In the end, they had the chance to share their creations with members of the faculty and staff and have the burgers evaluated as part of their grade.
