Students see consequences of distracted driving

With a chance to see what can happen when one is driving distracted, students in grade 9-12 had the opportunity to take part in the Save A Life Tour at Walton CSD this past Thursday.

The tour, which is billed as a comprehensive, high-impact, safe-driving awareness program, brought simulators for students to see what can happen when one is driving distracted.

Before the high school students had the chance to use the simulators, students in grades 6-12 had the chance to see a presentation about distracted driving and what can happen in different situations.
