Officer Phil is a safety program that comes to Townsend Elementary each year thanks in support to the Walton Police Department and area businesses.
The program teaches safety with a number of puppets teaching respect, responsibility, and safety.
After the program, the students received an activity book of puzzles and games to reinforce the safety lessons.
