The Walton Central School District has set up several dates and locations for community forums in regard to the upcoming capital project vote.
The forums are as follow:
- Monday, September 14: 6 p.m. at the Trout Creek Fire Department.
- Tuesday, September 22: 6 p.m. (approximately) in the high school auditorium. Please note: This forum will be livestreamed and available on the district's YouTube channel for anyone who cannot make a public forum in-person. (The Board of Education will immediately recess the regular business meeting and move to the auditorium for the duration of the forum, then move back to the boardroom and reconvene the business meeting.)
- Friday, September 25: 6 p.m. at the Walton Fire Department
- Thursday, October 1: 6 p.m. at the Walton CSD Bus Garage

The capital project vote is scheduled from 12-8 p.m. Tuesday, October 13 at the school bus garage.
