The Walton Central School District will present its spring concerts in the upcoming weeks. All concerts are held in the high school auditorium, and are free and open to the public.
The high school concert is scheduled for 7 p.m. Thursday, May 14.
The concert features the symphonic orchestra, and the high school chorus, under the direction of Rebekah Doig. The high school band, directed by Meaghan Lawrence, is also featured.
This concert will also include a reunion of select chorus members, directed by Theresa Bolton.
The Townsend Elementary concert is scheduled for 6 p.m. Tuesday, May 19. Performing will be the fifth-grade chorus, and advanced and beginning bands, directed by Bolton. The fourth-grade chorus, and orchestra, directed by Giancarlo Sidoli, will also perform.
Finally, the middle school concert is set for 7 p.m. Tuesday, May 28. The orchestra, and middle school chorus, directed by Doig, will perform. Also performing is the sixth-grade band, and the seventh- and eighth-grade band, conducted by Lawrence.
